원리
미세 입자들간의 상호작용으로 발생하는 정전기를 이용하여 미세 먼지 입자의 흐르는 양을 측정
- 정전기 신호는 전자 모듈에 전달되고 증폭된다. (정전기 신호는 미세먼지 입자의 흐르는 양에 비례하여 변함)
- 모듈에서 정전기 신호의 세기를 측정하여 관내 흐르고 있는 미세 먼지 입자의 양을 측정
