원리
마이크로파의 위상차 변위 특성을 이용하여 센서에 흐르는 액체의 수분, 즉 고형물의 양 변화를 측정한다.
공정중 액상물질의 농도, 밀도, 고형분 또는 수분의 양을 측정한다. 측정가능물질 : 액체, 페이스트, 부유물등
